Pork Burgers

INGREDIENTS: 

2 lbs ground Iberico Pork

1 Tbs Okie Spice Tulsa Chophouse Burger Seasoning 

1 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder

1 1/2 Tsp Salt 

1 1/2 Tsp Coarse Ground Pepper 

1 TBS Liquid Smoke 

1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce

Sliced Tomato (for serving)

Sliced Pickle (for serving) 

Cheese of choice (for serving) 

Sliced Onion (for serving) 

Bacon (Optional)

Condiment of choice 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine the ingredients in a bowl, mix throughly and refrigerate 1 hour. 

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and form patties. Freeze for 20 minutes. 

Heat Traeger to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook burgers to liking.

Dress buns as desired - Enjoy!
